• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining control over your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and update your profile preferences as needed.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Artificial Intelligence Features & Acceptable Use

Indicuisine offers AI-assisted recipe creation, meal planning, and voice TTS features powered by Google Gemini AI.

• Fair Usage: You agree not to abuse AI generation tools through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse-engineering API calls.
• Verification Obligation: AI output (cooking steps, timing, ingredient quantities) is generated algorithmically. You are strictly responsible for verifying that suggested recipes meet your kitchen safety and dietary standards.

3. Affiliate Links & External Merchants

Indicuisine contains affiliate buy links for grocery items and kitchen tools (such as Amazon affiliate links). Purchases made on external merchant websites are subject entirely to that vendor's terms, shipping policies, and return conditions. Indicuisine is not responsible for third-party product fulfillment.

4. Intellectual Property & Liability Limits

All original content, graphics, algorithms, and design elements on Indicuisine are protected by copyright. Indicuisine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or reliance on AI culinary data.
