Kulcha is popular North Indian bread, usually taken with chickpeas called chole kulche or paneer sandwich between kulcha called paneer kulcha.

- Cottage Cheese / Paneer - ¾ cup, mashed
- Kulcha - 2
- Onion - 1 small
- Tomato - 1 small
- Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Green chili - 1 or 2
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
- Cooking Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- In a pan heat 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onions.
- Add tomatoes when onions turn translucent and fry till tomatoes become a bit soft.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Stir for a minute or two and add mashed paneer and chopped green chili to the pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes and take out paneer stuffing in a bowl.
- Take a kulcha. Apply a layer of tomato ketchup on it's inner side to give kulcha a tangy taste.
- Spread paneer stuffing over the kulcha.
- Close with another kulcha. Cut kulcha into two or four pieces and serve.
