Ingredients
- Plum - 1 kg
- Sugar - 2 cups or as per taste
- Refined oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Wash plum and cut it into small pieces.
- In a nonstick pan, add finely chopped plum and keep it on the gas stove.
- Cook the plum on a medium flame till it becomes soft.
- Once soft, mash them.
- Now add sugar to the pan and mix well.
- Stir the mixture on low heat. Turn off the gas when the mixture water dries and when it starts to look like jam.
- Heat a tablespoon of edible oil in a small pan and mix it well in the jam.
- Store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy it with bread.
