Peanut Sauce Dry – Peanut Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
  • Peanut seeds – 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder – 1/4 teaspoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – ½ teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Peel off the peanuts and grind them coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add peanut seeds and reduce the flame, add turmeric, red chili powder, mango powder, salt and mix. turn off the gas.
  3. peanut chutney is ready. let it cool and Serve ground peanut chutney with vada pav or other snacks.
