I have been trying a lot of shakes these days. Papaya shake is one of them. I am sharing this recipe with as I found it very yummy and delicious.
Adding cardamom powder was just an experiment and it gave shake a very soothing and aromatic taste.

Smooth Papaya Shake Recipe - How to make Papaya Shake
Ingredients
- Papaya - 2 to 3 cups
- Cardamom powder - a pinch
- Almond flakes - for garnishing
- Sugar - if needed
- Milk - 1 cup
Instructions
- Cut the papaya into big pieces.
- In a blender, put papaya pieces, a pinch of cardamom powder, sugar (if required) and half a cup of milk.
- Blend it to a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining milk and blend again.
- Pour in serving glasses, garnish with almond flakes and enjoy full of health papaya shake.
Notes
Add sugar as per your taste.
