Kuttu Pakore Recipe – Buckwheat Flour Fritters
Ingredients
  • Buckwheat Flour / Kuttu ka aata – 200 gram
  • Potatoes / Aloo – 250 gram
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
  • Water – to make thick flowing batter
  • Salt / Sendha namak – to taste
  • Cooking oil – to deep fry fritters
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes. Peel and cut into thick chips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, make a smooth thick flowing batter for pakodi by mixing kuttu ka aata, salt to taste,
  3. finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and grated fresh ginger.
  4. Heat oil.
  5. Dip boiled and sliced potato in the batter.
  6. Deep fry the coated potato slices till crisp.
  7. Remove on tissue paper to drain out excess oil.
  8. Serve kuttu ke pakode hot or warm with imli ki chutney or dhaniya chutney or curd.
