In this recipe, you can replace black chick peas with safed chana, green chickpeas or sprouts.

- Kala chana / black chickpeas - 1 cup, boiled
- Boiled potato - ½ cup (cut into cubes)
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp (optional)
- Red Chili Powder - ¼ tsp
- Black pepper - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - ½ tsp
- Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Salt to taste
- Boil kala chana.
- Chop tomato and onion.
- In a mixing bowl, add boiled kala chana, chopped tomatoes, onions, boiled potato, chaat masala, a pinch of red chili powder, black pepper and salt to taste.
- Add chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add Lemon juice to make it more tangy (optional)
- Enjoy nutritious kala chana chaat.

2. Chop tomato and onion.
3. In a mixing bowl, add boiled kala chana, chopped tomatoes, onions, boiled potato, chaat masala, a pinch of red chili powder, black pepper and salt to taste.
4. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well. As I have added chaat masala so there is no such use of lemon juice. But if you want it to be more tangy then you can add few drops of lemon juice.
