Black Grapes Juice is a refreshing and naturally sweet beverage, perfect for cooling off during warm weather. With a hint of black salt and pepper, this juice offers a balance of sweetness and tang, making it a unique twist to traditional fruit juices.

⏱ Prep: 10 minutes 🔥 Cook: 0 minutes 🍽 Serves: 1 glass (about 200 ml)

Ingredients

  • ½ kg black grapes (seedless preferred)
  • 2 glasses cold water (about 400–500 ml)
  • 6–7 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp black salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse black grapes thoroughly under running water and remove them from the stems.
  2. Add the cleaned grapes, sugar, black salt, and black pepper powder into a grinder jar.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add 2 glasses of cold water and blend again to combine well.
  5. Strain the juice using a thick sieve or muslin cloth to remove pulp and skin.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
