Black Grapes Juice Recipe – Refreshing Summer Drink with a Hint of Spice
Black Grapes Juice is a refreshing and naturally sweet beverage, perfect for cooling off during warm weather. With a hint of black salt and pepper, this juice offers a balance of sweetness and tang, making it a unique twist to traditional fruit juices.
Ingredients
- ½ kg black grapes (seedless preferred)
- 2 glasses cold water (about 400–500 ml)
- 6–7 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp black salt
Instructions
- Rinse black grapes thoroughly under running water and remove them from the stems.
- Add the cleaned grapes, sugar, black salt, and black pepper powder into a grinder jar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 2 glasses of cold water and blend again to combine well.
- Strain the juice using a thick sieve or muslin cloth to remove pulp and skin.
- Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled.
