Aloo tikki burger – crisp aloo tikki sandwiched in between burger bun with mayonnaise, onion, tomato and veggies. |
In this recipe i have used a lot of vegetables but with a twist. Added mayonnaise to the grated vegetables and added a layer of it to the burger to give it a creamy taste.
Here I have used ready to make aloo tikki which is easily available in market. You can prepare aloo tikki (potatao cutlet or potato patty) at home also.
In case you don’t want aloo patty in between, you can try veg burger by adding more of vegetables like lettuce, cabbage and you can add cheese slice to veg burger. I will be sharing veg burger recipe very soon.
