Rabri Kulfi - Recipe of Rabri Kulfi | Homemade Kulfi
Ingredients
- Milk - 1 liter
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Dry Fruits - ¼ cups (finely chopped)
- Green cardamom powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Corn starch- 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- To make Rabri Kulfi, pour milk in a thick flat bottom pan to boil.
- Boil the milk on a medium flame and keep stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, mix corn starch in 1 tablespoon of milk.
- When the boiling milk starts reducing add sugar and corn starch solution, mix and stir the milk.
- Now add finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder, mix them and turn off the gas when milk is reduced to half or less.
- When the rabri cools down, pour it in the moulds and keep in the freezer for 6 - 7 hours or overnight to freeze.
- When the Rabri Kulfi is set, put it on a serving plate and garnish with pistachios and serve.
