To make apple jam, wash and peel the apple well and separate the seeds and remove the pulp.
Mash the apple pulp or cut it into small pieces.
Put apple pulp in a pan and mix sugar in it. Keep the pulp on low heat so that it does not burn.
When the jam is fully cooked, turn off the gas and keep it to cool.
When the jam is slightly hot, add lemon juice and cardamom powder to it.
Take one spoon of oil in a big spoon and heat it well on the gas. Add the hot oil to the jam.
After the jam is completely cooled, put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge and enjoy it with bread, parantha, or cake whenever you want.
